What kind of timescale to build a full website?
Every website has different requirements and is a completely unique project. Depending on the type of website (E-Commerce, Blog, Bookings Site… etc) and how many pages there are will require a different amount of time to build. For an average sized custom-built website we would aim to have it built and live within 3-6 weeks. Timescale will be more specific after enquiry and proposal.
I have an existing website I need support with, can you help?
Absolutely! We would just need the admin log-in details and we will assess the best approach depending on the situation with the website.
Do you only design websites built on WordPress?
Whilst we specialise in WordPress, other platforms like Shopify, Wix & Squarespace are built for non-developers to create a website with more ease. So with this in mind we are more than adequately equipped to provide development services on a platform of your preference.
Web Hosting & Maintenance
Is hosting for a fixed term or on a rolling contract?
Every entrepreneur and business is unique, due to this we have a flexible approach with the contracts we offer. Our standard proposal comes with a minimum 12 month fixed term, however if you wish for a rolling contract then that is something we can adjust our pricing to accommodate for.
What is included for in your Hosting & Maintenance plan?
Standard inclusions for our Hosting & Maintenance plans are: regular back-ups and updates, keeping the website online with 99.9% uptime, SSL security, and 2 hours of servicing website for requested updates and edits. Each project is treated individually, so in our project proposal added inclusions may be recommended.
I currently have my website with another web host, is this a problem?
No problem at all. We will assess your website and needs, we can then service your website hosted where it is, or we can have it migrated to our hosting service.
Domains
I currently have a registered domain but the costs keep increasing, can you help?
Protecting our clients from unnecessary mark ups in domain pricing is important. If this is happening to you we will help you migrate to another registra like Cloudfare where you can rest assured knowing the renewal costs for you domain is the minimum price without extra fees.
I don’t have a domain name, what should I do?
If you fear the domain name could be taken then we recommend you make an account with Cloudfare for the best price and then purchase the domain. Should you need any support with this don’t hesitate to reach out.
Email Hosting
Do you offer email hosting?
Yes we also provide email hosting!
Can I have a custom email address? If so, how many?
You can have as many custom domains as you wish e.g. [email protected], [email protected]…

What is your cancellation policy?
We respond to every enquiry with a specific project proposal. After reviewing this with the client we then offer a contract for payment and completion of the work. Typically we charge in three installations of thirds. The first third is due before starting design and the second and third are at the agreed mid-point and delivery of the project respectively. Once an installation is paid it is non-refundable however the client may back out of the project at any point only forfeiting the fees paid.
